Our Sycamores project, purchased via an STP agreement in late 2021, replaced a single bungalow with 9 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments adjacent to Kenley station. Completed in March 2023, the scheme features contemporary finishes that stand out from standard new builds while remaining practical and inviting. Five units were sold, with four retained as part of the Trinity Living portfolio. The name ‘Sycamores’ has been retained as a nod to the history of the site.
