Formed through a joint venture in 2024, Page House transforms an underused office building into 27 modern apartments. The efficient planning process reflected our collaborative approach with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, resulting in a thoughtful conversion that goes far beyond the standard office-to-residential model. Later approvals introduced extensive external remodeling and a striking roof garden unique to Epsom, giving the building a completely new identity. Just a short walk from the high street and station, Page House will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed for modern living — with delivery expected in 2026.
