Injecting life in to the past
The Jolliffe Arms in Merstham built in the early 1800’s closed its doors in 1990 and after others bought it for a number of failed ventures it fell empty and in to disrepair. That’s when Trinity jumped in and acquired it seeing an opportunity to refurbish the historic building turning it in to 13 stunning new homes. Whilst the current facade is still reminiscent of the original public house it’s trendy interiors and quirky layouts appealed to many and all units sold almost immediately.
“We were so pleased to buy a flat in a building with such a long history. Good on Trinity for restoring it so well, we are over the moon with the quality and use of space not to mention the trendy kitchen and bathrooms. Now it can be enjoyed by us and others for many more years!”
