Carna Court & Park House

In 2022 Trinity purchased Park House adjacent to the ongoing Chalk Hills House development, unlocking the opportunity to build six additional flats on the car park. After enhancing and overcoming inherited planning challenges, construction began in May 2023 and was completed in just eight months. Park House underwent a full refurbishment, resulting in 16 modern apartments that were retained and let as part of the growing Trinity portfolio while the 6 new properties were sold.
