Trinity completed Banbridge Point in 2021 and we are extremely proud that it finished as a runner up for the Housebuilder of the Year Awards 2022 due to its excellent architecture and construction. Set in South Croydon’s suburbia, this development sets the standard for smaller niche developments. Trinity purchased the site unconditionally in 2019- at which time it was occupied by a run-down detached home. Planning was achieved in May 2020 for the demolition of the house and construction of 9 flats with work commencing immediately. Just 12 months later the build was complete and the first residents moved in.
