existing post-war home and replace it with a block of flats, however, it soon became apparent that flats were not appropriate for the site or the area and so instead Trinity decided to pursue a planning permission that retained the existing home and used the large side garden to provide additional housing. In 2023 Trinity achieved planning for an additional large detached house on the land, before being granted permission to split the house to two semi-detached units later that year. Construction started at the beginning of 2024 and the new homes are expected to hit the market in the middle of the year.
