The Jolliffe Arms in Merstham built in the early 1800's closed its doors in 1990 and after others bought it for a number of failed ventures it fell empty and in to disrepair. That's when Trinity jumped in and acquired it seeing an opportunity to refurbish the historic building turning it in to 13 stunning new homes. Whilst the current facade is still reminiscent of the original public house it's trendy interiors and quirky layouts appealed to many and all units sold almost immediately.

"We were so pleased to buy a flat in a building with such a long history. Good on Trinity for restoring it so well, we are over the moon with the quality and use of space not to mention the trendy kitchen and bathrooms. Now it can be enjoyed by us and others for many more years!"

DECIMAL COURT

Decimal Court was one of Trinity's earliest projects which entailed a partial office conversion and a new build, block. This resulted in a total of 13 apartments directly adjacent to Purley train station, an ideal location with fantastic train links for London commuters.

DAVIDSON ROAD

Trinity is currently going through the planning process for this scheme bringing 22 apartments to the London Borough of Croydon. It has been sensitively designed with its surroundings in mind and will replace an industrial workshop which currently appears totally out of keeping with the area.

SYCAMORES

Our project adjacent to Kenley station is now complete and available to buy. It has been designed to create a unique scheme that provides much needed housing to the area. The conciliatory Architecture gives a modern feel but also sits sensitively into its surroundings. Being directly adjacent to Kenley Station it provides the ideal hospice for both commuters and nature lovers.
