Completed in 2021 this scheme consisting of a traditional façade with modern interiors was in high demand once launched. Located on the west side of Purley the development is surrounded by a retained boundary of mature trees with a new landscaped communal garden to compliment the existing ecology. Trinity purchased this site with planning permission already in place to demolish the existing house and build a block of 9 flats, but applied to make alterations to the scheme and worked hard to ensure that the final design maximised the space and created Trinity standard homes.

"We bought our Carlow Court apartment in March 2021 and found both the purchase and aftercare processes to be very straightforward. We were fortunate enough to buy at a time where we were still able to tailor the home to accomodater some of our more specific requirements. We were delighted with the quality and the handover process was excellent! All our queries post-completion have been dealt with swiftly and we couldn't be happier in our new home!"
