Last year Trinity purchased a block of 16 flats with an existing planning permission for 6 further flats in what was the car park. The first job was to bring the existing block up to the Trinity standard and prepare the 16 flats for the market. Whilst that was going on, we began to unravel the web of contradicting and incorrectly implemented planning permissions on the site which was preventing construction starting on the 6 new units. A massive congratulations to the planning team who managed to overcome all the hurdles in their way- Now over to the construction team!
