Our Story
Trinity Square Developments was founded in 2017 by Managing Director Rob Graham, following the sale of his previous contracting company, Cube Construction. After years of delivering complex projects for other developers, Rob saw an opportunity to build something different — a company focused not on volume, but on craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine pride in every home created.
Before forming Trinity, our core team had already amassed over 70 years of combined experience working across some of London’s most challenging residential and commercial schemes. That background shaped our approach: combining the technical precision of large-scale contracting with the personal care and attention to detail of a boutique developer.
Trinity began with a clear vision — to design and build homes that people love to live in. Our first developments quickly established our reputation for quality, thoughtful design, and reliability. Each project has been an opportunity to refine our approach, strengthen our team, and reinforce the values that set us apart.
From the outset, we’ve chosen to focus on smaller, design-led developments, allowing us to stay closely involved at every stage of the process. This ensures we can deliver on what matters most: exceptional build quality, timeless design, and a smooth, personal experience for our buyers.

With our own internal contracting company, TSC South Ltd, alongside our in-house architectural team, we ensure efficiency, precision, and full control over build quality. This integrated structure means our homes consistently meet the highest standards.

The Lanterns – One of Trinity’s flagship schemes: a collection of 15 stunning coastal apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Hope Cove, Devon. Eleven of these homes have been retained and now operate as luxury holiday apartments.
